Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

Breakfast:
Blueberry Special K

Lunch:
Subway Veggie Delight on Wheat
(lettuce, tomato, spinach, green peppers, banana peppers,
olives, cucumber, pickles, & vinegar.)

Dinner:
Baked Chicken w/ brown rice
Spring Salad w/ Honey Mustard Dressing
(chicken was baked in Healthy Choice Chicken Noodle/Rice Soup.)

Dessert:
Skinny Cow Mint Ice Cream Sandwich
