I've always made Monday my weigh in days. Not sure why. I guess because it's the start of a new week. Monday weigh ins are stressful for me. Getting through the weekend is tough and if I go off plan or feel like I've messed up I hate going into Monday. In order to have inner peace and sanity and to keep a positive attitude, I have decided to change my weigh in day to Friday. I think this will definitely be better for me to keep going.

So, here we are a week later than THE DAY! Today was weigh in day. 6 lbs down. I'm happy about it but not excited about it yet because as you can see by my week by week on the side, I go up and down and up and down. Once I get to 199, which is my first goal, THEN I will be excited! As usual, I haven't really told anyone what I'm doing. My husband is aware but not how much I am actually trying. A girl at work is aware, but I'm sure she thinks that I have given up already. My first goal is 199 which is 28 lbs but I REALLY just want someone to notice.
